Scooter was a surrender that came to us a few weeks ago. She was timid and shy, and couldn't seem to fully come out of her shell. She had a paralyzed leg that was weighing her down, but thankfully she's doing great now! After a discussion with her veterinarian, we decided that amputating her leg would be the best option. She's a new cat now! Despite trying to keep her calm so her stitches can heal, she can't seem to slow down and stop playing. She is currently resting and healing with a foster, but will be available for adoption when she comes back to the cafe.
